A professional interviewer carefully prescreens all potential security officers. If they meet the basic job requirements, which includes having a permanent guard license card, an extensive background check is then completed.
This check includes contacting the past employers, two
personal references, and an updated criminal background investigation with the
city and the
Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or the
Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI), and the use of fingerprinting.
Once the background check is completed, all applicants are tested in their knowledge of the security field and are evaluated psychologically. This evaluates applicants in six essential areas:
√ Drug avoidance
√ Emotional stability
√ Safety consciousness
√ Criminal Justice orientation
The cost of even one hiring mistake can be tremendous and the use of these screening tools helps eliminate that possibility.
We can employ any personnel at your request as long as they pass all training and basic requirements. Our practice is to hire officers that are 21 or older with security, law enforcement or military services backgrounds.
